Interactive Voice-recognition experience at Salesforce’s massive Dreamforce 18 Conference in San Francisco, highlighting the new Voice Recognition capabilities of Salesforce’s Einstein AI Platform
A New Voice for a Genius
As Dreamforce 2018 approached, Salesforce wanted an experience that captured the fun and functionality of their Einstein AI Platform’s new Voice recognition capabilities. After developing various concepts, including an idea that put users on the edge of a simulated mountaintop with Alp horn-inspired voice amplifiers, the client focused in on an experience within life-size Einstein bobbleheads.
Utilizing widescreens in amazing fiberglass Einstein heads, we created an experience that took guests through distinct portals representing different platform clouds that Einstein integrates with. Within each portal, guests were asked to use their voice to speak commands and answer questions, all the while guided by the Einstein AI itself. Not only were the heads themselves striking and an instantly iconic and selfie-worthy part of the event, but the experience inside proved to be engaging, fun, and unlike anything the guests had seen before.
